Rock Paper Scissors War is a free browser game. Using it means accepting what is written here.
What you get
The game and everything on this site are free to play and free to read. There is no account, no purchase, and nothing to subscribe to. We may change or stop any part of it at any time, and progress stored in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data or if we change how the game saves.
Fair use
Play it as a person plays a game. Do not run automated clients against the online match server, do not try to break the rules through the network layer, and do not use the site to attack or overload the services it runs on. We may block access that does any of these.
Ads
The site shows ads from Google AdSense and that is how it pays for itself. We do not control which ads appear and we do not endorse them. What advertisers collect is covered on our privacy page.
What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available at any given moment, that online matches will always find an opponent, or that stored progress will survive. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using the site.
What belongs to whom
The game, its rules text, its artwork and this site's writing belong to the operator below. Rock paper scissors itself is a folk game and belongs to nobody. The five-throw variant described on our Lizard Spock page was devised by Sam Kass with Karen Bryla; we explain the rules and do not claim them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute.
